The Longest Road Tour
The Longest Road Show is a collaborative concert tour created by Terra Lightfoot that brings several acclaimed Canadian artists together for a shared, showcase-style performance. The tour debuted in 2019 and featured Lightfoot alongside Lindi Ortega and Begonia.
Rather than traditional opening acts, the show is structured as a collaborative revue, where the artists perform individually and together throughout the night, backed by a shared rhythm section. The format allows the musicians to trade songs, join each other on stage, and create a more spontaneous and communal concert experience.
The tour traveled through several Ontario cities, including a stop at Centre In The Square in Kitchener, Ontario in February 2019.
Beyond the music, the project also supported several organizations, including Women in Music Canada, MusiCounts, YWCA Canada, and Girls Rock Camp, highlighting the tour’s focus on collaboration and supporting women in the music industry.
